What data, and why
The data you include in the email you send to info@annez.es (your first name and surname, email address and, if you give them, phone number and company, as well as your message), used only to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to assess a possible instruction, including a conflict-of-interest check. Providing this information is voluntary, but without a means of contact and a description of the enquiry it is not possible to reply. Please do not send confidential documents in your first message.
Contact by email
This website has no contact form. The link to info@annez.es only opens your own email program, which handles the message; the website does not store or transmit what you write, and you decide whether to send it from your own account.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for other enquiries, the legitimate interest in responding to them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
For as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. If it does not lead to an instruction, for no more than 12 months from the last communication; after that, the data are held only in blocked form for the periods required by law.
Recipients
Data are not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. ANNEZ's email is hosted on Microsoft 365, whose provider (Microsoft) processes messages on the controller's behalf as a processor. The website is hosted on Lovable (Lovable Labs AB, Sweden), which, through its delivery network (Cloudflare), processes on the controller's behalf the technical connection data, such as the IP address, needed to serve the pages. If any processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses. No automated decisions are made.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to their processing, by writing to info@annez.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Cookies
This site does not use cookies. It only stores your reading position on each page temporarily in your browser so that you return to the same point when you press “Back”. This information is deleted when you close the tab and is not used for analytics, advertising or tracking.
